Confident Canines, LLC provides professional dog training services and communicates with clients via phone, email, and SMS for scheduling, reminders, and service-related updates.
Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with our business or website
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services and SMS communications.
Appointments & Payments
Services are scheduled by appointment. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service. Missed appointments or cancellations may be subject to fees at our discretion.
A deposit is required to reserve a training program. All deposits are non-refundable.
If a client chooses to discontinue training for any reason that is not the fault of Confident Canines, LLC, no refund will be issued — including on any deposit paid. This applies regardless of how many sessions have been completed. Choosing to withdraw from a program due to personal scheduling, availability, or change of mind does not entitle the client to a refund of any amounts paid. Confident Canines, LLC may, at its sole discretion, apply amounts paid toward future training services.
Results Disclaimer & Client Responsibility
Dog training results depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to:
Owner consistency and follow-through
The dog's history, temperament, and environment
Adherence to training instructions and recommendations
By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that your participation and consistency are essential to achieving results.
Conditional Performance Guarantee
This guarantee applies only to clients who complete the full training program. Clients who voluntarily discontinue training are subject to the payment terms outlined above.
Confident Canines, LLC offers a conditional performance-based guarantee, which may include a refund or enhanced refund (up to double the total amount paid), strictly subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Definition of "Improvement"
For purposes of this guarantee, "improvement" shall mean measurable, observable progress in the dog's behavior as determined solely by Confident Canines, LLC, based on professional evaluation. Improvement does not require complete resolution of behavioral issues and may include, but is not limited to:
Increased responsiveness to commands
Reduction in frequency, intensity, or duration of unwanted behaviors
Improved handler control and communication
All determinations of improvement are made at the sole and reasonable discretion of Confident Canines, LLC.
2. Client Compliance Requirements
To be eligible for any guarantee claim, the client must demonstrate full and continuous compliance with all aspects of the training program, including:
Completion of the full agreed-upon training program
Attendance at all scheduled sessions (unless properly rescheduled)
Strict adherence to all training instructions, techniques, and recommendations
Consistent daily implementation of assigned exercises and protocols
Use of only trainer-approved methods and tools
Timely and honest communication regarding progress and challenges
Upon request, the client must provide sufficient evidence of compliance, which may include video recordings, written logs, or live demonstrations. Failure to provide adequate documentation upon request shall result in automatic disqualification from the guarantee.
3. Disqualification Conditions
The guarantee shall be deemed null and void if, at any time, the client:
Fails to fully comply with training instructions
Inconsistently applies training methods
Misses sessions without proper notice
Uses unapproved or conflicting training techniques
Fails to disclose relevant behavioral history
Demonstrates lack of reasonable effort or cooperation
Determination of compliance and effort shall be made solely by Confident Canines, LLC.
4. Claim Review & Determination
All guarantee claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of program completion. Upon receipt of a claim, Confident Canines, LLC will evaluate compliance, effort, and observed results. The company reserves the right to require additional evaluation, offer continued or remedial training, or approve or deny the claim. All decisions are made at the sole and reasonable discretion of Confident Canines, LLC.
5. Limitation of Guarantee
The guarantee applies only where all conditions are fully met and verified. Any approved refund, including any enhanced or "double" refund, shall not exceed two (2) times the total amount paid. No refunds shall be issued where services have been rendered and conditions are not met.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confident Canines, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, logos, images) is owned by Confident Canines, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting into SMS communications from Confident Canines, LLC, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, customer service communications, and occasional service-related notifications. Message frequency may vary.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After doing so, we will confirm your unsubscription via text and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time.
